Kleiner Beruhiger

"You the calm, me the hurry, let's swap for a while" - these words can be read on the Little Calmer. The rotating sculpture shows three different faces. If you set it in motion, the back and forth movements resembling restlessness cast a spell over you. The sculpture is embedded in the remains of the city wall on the west side of the Moritz Church. It was designed by Geoerg Mann, born in 1976 in Vogtland, who now works as a freelance artist and as head of the ceramics workshop at Burg Giebichenstein Kunsthochschule Halle.
