Directly on the Saale cycle path and with a view of the Saale, the historic industrial architecture has been transformed into a creative quarter with studios, offices, a restaurant, bar, ice cream parlour and co-working space in recent years. The ensemble, which was awarded the Environmental Alliance Prize, has been sustainably renovated and extended and is now powered by self-generated solar energy. In addition to a seminar room, there are three further meeting rooms and offices and workspaces in DOCKS Coworking that can be rented on a short or long-term basis. During and after the event, the associated catering facilities can be used. The event day can end on the large terrace with a view of the Saale.
