Major KWW Conference 2024

The Great KWW Conference took place on September 19, 2024 in Halle (Saale). This event offered participants a unique platform for municipal heating planning to obtain comprehensive information, establish valuable networks and run through practical scenarios. There were inspiring presentations by industry experts, interactive workshops and exciting discussion rounds. Participants had the opportunity to get to know innovative solutions and drive the heating transition forward together. 
The thematic focus this year was on stakeholder participation & citizen dialog, technologies for municipal heat planning (KWP) and networking between municipalities. The topics of data management in CHP and financing and social compatibility of the heating transition were also addressed. The exhibitors at the Market of Opportunities accompanying the program also focused on these topics. Here the participants had numerous opportunities for personal exchange, which was also cultivated in the concluding evening program.
