The Friese 7 cultural centre combines artists' workshops and band rehearsal rooms. Markets are held here from autumn to spring. Lively, colourful and centrally located in Halle. In the off-season, the caravan pitches surrounded by urban art can be used.

Interview with Heiko Kühnert:
Would you like to briefly introduce yourself?
Of course. I'm Heiko Kühnert and I manage the premises of the "Friese 7" cultural centre and I'm also the owner of Bunte Eisträumerei, which you can also reach quickly from here. Friese 7 is the entire complex and we are a mixed group of artists, designers and musicians. Some Burg students have workshops here, so fashion design, art and much more. Yes, and we also have some band rehearsal rooms here. The people are all super nice and open.
What is your favourite way to spend a holiday?
My wife and I like travelling by camper ourselves. We once travelled all the way to Andalusia in a Caddy with just a mattress. We really enjoy it, and interest in travelling has increased again in recent years.
What motivated you to take part in the "Camping in Halle" project?
I like bringing people together, we are a colourful group here. We regularly use the area at Friese 7 for markets, but the space is free in summer in particular. When temperatures are high, such markets are usually not worthwhile because many people are on holiday themselves. And so you can really liven things up here in summer too. There is enough space here, even for larger motorhomes.

The car park is level and unpaved. Lighting is also available.
Bus & train connections:
The Am Steintor tram junction is 300 metres away. From there you can reach the centre of Halle (Saale) in about 5 minutes on tram lines 1, 2, 5 and 10.
