From 22 November, it's Christmas time again in Halle's city centre: from Leipziger Turm to Marktplatz, from Hallmarkt to Domplatz and in many corners and alleyways, the smell of roasted almonds, candy floss, Kräppelchen and punch fills the air. Over 100 stalls, carousels, a Ferris wheel and an ice rink attract visitors to the various Christmas markets all over the city. - Some large and colourful, some small and very cosy.

There is also an Advent programme for young and old on Halle's stages, in churches, concert halls and exhibition spaces.

And Father Christmas? He is out and about at the Christmas market every day from 14:00 to 16:00. From 15:00 to 16:00 he can be seen at the Christmas cot on the market square be visited. Afterwards, there will be contemplative sounds, fairytale time, puppet theatre and much more in the cot on many days.

Sweet gift ideas - of course also from our reindeer Finni & Rudi, the overview map of the Christmas markets and lots more information about the Advent season in Halle can be found at finniundrudi.de for you.

We wish you a wonderful Advent season!
