CAM-Workshop 2023

The annual CAM-Workshop traditionally brings together experts from the electronics industry and manufacturers of material diagnostic equipment to discuss current and future requirements for failure analysis and material characterisation from a technological point of view. Also, current results of application studies for failure analysis will be shared. In addition, experts will present the latest developments in innovative diagnostic methods, instruments and tools.

Taking place from 25-26 April 2023 and organised by the Fraunhofer IMWS, the CAM-Workshop will focus on innovation in failure analysis and material diagnostics of electronic components. Once again, over 150 participants from Germany and abroad are expected to attend.
