20 – 21 May 2025 - Innovation in Failure Analysis and Material Diagnostics of Electronics Components
The annual CAM workshop has a long tradition of bringing together experts from the electronics industry and manufacturers of material diagnostic equipment to discuss current and future requirements for failure analysis and material characterization from a technological perspective and to share the latest results of application studies on failure analysis. In addition, the experts presented the latest developments in innovative diagnostic methods, instruments, and tools.
The CAM workshop, took place from 20– 21 May 2025 and was organized by the Fraunhofer IMWS, was focused on innovation in failure analysis and material diagnostics of electronic components.
