CAM-Workshop 2024

The annual CAM workshop has a long tradition of bringing together experts from the electronics industry and manufacturers of material diagnostic equipment to discuss current and future requirements for failure analysis and material characterization from a technological perspective and to share the latest results of application studies on failure analysis. In addition, the experts will present the latest developments in innovative diagnostic methods, instruments, and tools.

The CAM workshop, which will take place from 04 – 05 June 2024 and is organized by the Fraunhofer IMWS, will focus on innovation in failure analysis and material diagnostics of electronic components. More than 150 participants from Germany and abroad are once again expected to attend.
