Indulgence without a twinge of conscience: Ö-Oase has been celebrating it since 1997 and has done pioneering work in Halle. The bistro for vegetarian and vegan cuisine offers a weekday lunch menu with new creations every day and a special focus on the quality and freshness of regional products. The menu includes seasonal and internationally inspired salads, soups, casseroles and pasta, for example borscht, carbonara gratin or tagliatelle with roasted chestnuts. Freshly squeezed juices, cool shakes and homemade cakes and tarts round off the selection and the lunch in style. Meat-free and delicious!
