Knedlíky, pivo and slivovica: the Wenzel revives Czech pub traditions in a historic vaulted room with long wooden tables and benches. Nine different beers on tap, including Bakalář or Krušovice, accompany delicious tarte flambée just as well as the classics cream beef roast, Prague black beer roll, Pilsen goulash or smoked knuckle of pork - served with Bohemian dumplings. For dessert, there are Striezelchen and pancakes. For something more unusual, try the Wenzel burger or ice cream from Terrence Hill. Meanwhile, everyone else can transport their taste buds to the "Golden City" on the Vltava.
