It forms the Scandinavian-inspired backdrop for the enjoyment of simple, top-quality cuisine. Roots focuses on regional and seasonal specialities of the highest quality. In addition to a menu of three or five courses, with or without wine accompaniment, there is a choice of starters such as quail breast, main courses such as braised shovelbug or Iceland char, a vegetarian burger with truffle fries and delicious desserts.
